Our customer service hours are 8am-4pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns. We can, however, accept exchanges:
Exchange & Return Information:
Product Exchange Information:
- 1. Submit your request including your product for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
- 2. Enclose a note stating what product you want in exchange, style number, size and color. (You may exchange for any items sold on our website).
- 3. Include your contact information: phone number, email address, as well as your return mailing address.
- 4. If possible, include a copy of your receipt.
- 5. All returns MUST be received in our office within 14 days to receive a refund. Exchanges allowed within 30 days.
- 6. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit. If possible in original product packaging.
- 7. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- 8. It is recommended that you use a trackable & insurable shipping method when returning your product.
- 9. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

About Overnight Orders:
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day.
Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday).
Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery. Please contact us with any questions: 1-615-885-1800.
Special Note for Our Canadian Customers:
In many cases, there are customs and/or duty fees when we ship our products into Canada, and the customer is responsible to pay these fees. If you would like to place an order, please call 1.866.547.6269 (Monday-Friday, 9-5 CST). If you have any other questions, please email us at Customercare@underology.com.
Other International Customers:
For International Customers: We now offer international ordering for a flat $40 surcharge. Please note that each country has its own regulations regarding incoming shipments. We cannot mark the packages as 'gifts' to avoid additional charges by your government. Please consult your country's regulations to find out if your order will require an additional tax to reach your address.
