Customer Service HoursOur customer service hours are 9am-5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are one hour behind New York City and two hours ahead of Los Angeles. PLEASE NOTE ... Our Returns Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we CANNOT accept returns. We can, however, accept exchanges if you follow our store policy's instructions. About Overnight Orders: Our overnight carrier is DHL (we occasionally use UPS). DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day. Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday). Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery. If you wish to return to the beginning, simply click on a Product Channel at the top of the screen (or the home page). You can then return and continue shopping. You may review your order anytime by clicking the "Shopping Cart" link on the top. When you are finished shopping, click CHECK OUT button in the checkout screen, then complete your shipping and billing information on our Secure Server. Our Secure Server technology utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. SSL encrypts the transmissions from both our server as well as your computer. Put simply, the transmission from our server forms a matched pair with the transmission from your computer, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid. Ordering online is very safe. You must use a web browser that supports "cookies" and must have "cookies" enabled in order to shop. No personal information is sold or distributed to any outside parties.
